We provide professional and flexible custom training programs designed to help you get the most out of the limited time you have for your training sessions.The cost of personal training services can vary greatly in the industry, and is directly related to the value of the service that you receive!
If you want to work directly with Sterling, his program is very advanced, including many different aspects of physical fitness, and many different training protocols, all of which each client receives training in. These disciplines include strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and stability training, functional training, and even kickboxing and martial arts.
Sterling’s rates for approximate 1-hour training sessions are $50 per session, and most clients meet with Sterling 3 times per week.
Sterling’s Personal Training offers a very flexible schedule in order to be available for your individual personal training needs. You may think that scheduling personal training will be difficult with your present lifestyle, but we can work together to set up a training program that fits in. Scheduling personal training is done according to your availability and personal trainers are expected to be available early in the morning, in the evenings and even on the weekends. The Fitness Lifestyle is not just a 9 to 5 job, so you can count on our trainers to be available outside of normal business hours. If you are considering your options for scheduling personal training, please note that I are available as early as 5:00am and as late as 10:00pm.

By utilizing a home personal trainer, you avoid issues such as sick children, circumstances at home that require your presence, child care, scheduling/driving conflicts related to your job, etc. Also, some people just aren't comfortable going to a fitness facility, and would rather work out in the privacy of their own home. With the basic equipment used for home training sessions, I will cover the fundamentals of physical fitness, as any fitness professional should, before moving on to advanced physical fitness techniques.
